This issue has been resolved. The Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility system is now responding normally to all eligibility requests. Average response time is less than 5 seconds.

HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
Please note that the Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently returning responses with the error message 'Unanticipated Response'. The system will allow a user to sign into IACS and enter information into the HETS UI Eligibility system, but will not return proper beneficiary information after the user submits the eligibility request.
This is a system wide issue and is not the result of user error. This issue has been escalated to CMS IT for review and resolution.
