Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Submitters:
CMS announces an outage for the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system on Sunday, September 1, 2013. The maintenance window will begin at 8:00 AM ET on Sunday, September 1, 2013. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session of the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Sunday, September 1, 2013.
Please note that this outage will be in addition to the previously announced outage for this weekend, August 17-18, 2013. Please remind your operational staff of this weekend's upcoming outage (as detailed below).

The maintenance window will begin at 2:00 AM ET on Saturday, August 17, 2013. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session of the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 2:00 PM ET on Sunday, August 18, 2013.
