Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS announces an upcoming outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Data center maintenance will begin at 8:30 AM ET on Sunday, April 21, 2019. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 21, 2019.
This outage is in addition to the previously announced HETS 270/271 R2019Q100 quarterly release installation on Saturday, April 6, 2019 (see below).
