The State provides the majority of their Medicaid services through the Demonstration. Medicare beneficiaries, persons residing in institutions or receiving home and community based waiver services, presumptively eligible pregnant women, unqualified aliens and Individuals enrolled in the Breast and Cervical Cancer Treatment Program are excluded from DSHP.
