Description
This demonstration extends eligibility for family planning services to women who would lose Medicaid eligibility at the end of 60 days post-partum and to men and women of childbearing age with family income up to 133% FPL.

Status
On March 01, 2010, CMS approved an amendment to revise the list of approved procedure codes. On November 19, 2009, the State requested a 3-year extension of the Demonstration with a request to increase eligibility from 133 to 200 percent of the FPL, and several key changes to eligibility procedures. The renewal request is pending. The Demonstration is currently operating under a temporary extension set to expire on March 31, 2011. As of June 30, 2010, 5,378 individuals were enrolled in the Demonstration.
