Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS email will be unavailable starting Friday, September 2nd, 2022 at 6:00 PM EST through 7:00 AM EST on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022. CMS email addresses, including MCARE@cms.hhs.gov will be unavailable during the holiday weekend. Any emails that are sent to “@cms.hhs.gov” addresses will receive an undeliverable message and will not be processed.
The MCARE Help Desk will be closed on Monday, September 5th, 2022 in observance of the Labor Day Holiday. Normal operational hours of 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST will resume on Tuesday, September 6th, 2022.
If you identify an urgent issue effecting the HETS system this coming weekend, the MCARE Help Desk after hours service is available via the MCARE Help Desk phone number at 1-866-324-7315. After hours messages are monitored at all times.
