Section 2707 - The Commonwealth of Kentucky will contract with subject matter experts and actuaries to review current benchmark plans, identify State and federal mandates, determine the price for each mandate, review and price additional benefits, and compare Kentucky’s current benchmark plan with other States. This will allow Kentucky to increase its capacity to make better informed policy decisions towards benefit mandates and benchmark plan selection.
