Northern Mariana Islands Health Insurance Consumer Help

Commonwealth of Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI) no longer operates a Consumer Assistance Program under the Affordable Care Act. The consumer protections and benefits of the Affordable Care Act still apply to you, however.

The agencies listed below can help you take advantage of some of these protections and benefits and they can answer your questions about different types of coverage.

If you live in Northern Mariana Islands, you’re not eligible to use the Marketplace to enroll in health coverage. Check with your territory’s government offices to learn about Medicaid, CHIP, and other health care options.
