IDM user documentation is made available here for your convenience. As the IDM system evolves, these documents will be updated. We encourage application business owners and system maintainers to tailor the IDM User Guide for their own end users.

We encourage end users to access the IDM User Guide if they have questions about how to complete any action in the new system. If you cannot find the answers you’re looking for, please contact your Tier 1 Help Desk.

If a specific document or training artifact is needed, but not available here, then please contact your application's Tier 1 Help Desk and ask them to create a Service Request for the IDM Team.
