This file contains select claim level data and is derived from 2024 claims for renal dialysis center services furnished on or after January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024. The file contains claims with dates of service January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 that were received, processed, and passed to the National Claims History file by August 1, 2025. This file includes 2,358,941 claims for services furnished by renal dialysis centers that were paid under the ESRD PPS and AKI PPS. This is a flat file available on DVD. The record length is 23,470 and blocksize is 32,760.
