How they met the pledge

haau3 meets both the Conversational AI and Kill the Clipboard pledges by helping patients and family caregivers understand and securely share health information from multiple healthcare organizations in one application. The video begins with an already verified user reviewing a longitudinal health record, including an AI-generated plain-language summary and lab trends. Cora, haau3’s conversational AI assistant, explains a selected result using the patient’s health information as context and supports hands-free voice interaction. The video then shows the patient reviewing and selecting information to share, including a Patient Story that captures what matters to them. haau3 creates a SMART Health Link as a QR code with a patient-selected expiration, allowing the patient to present their information at the point of care instead of completing another clipboard. The patient also retains a receipt showing when the link was accessed and by whom.
