Jack AI solves the data and medical record starvation bottleneck in metabolic health by retrieving multi-provider EHR histories typically within 120 seconds using basic identifiers (Name, DOB, Zipcode) – bypassing the friction of portal walls under consumer consent under a legally vetted HIPAA Right of Access framework (§ 164.524). Uniquely, this framework bridges both covered and non-covered entities to enable frictionless data flow. Armed with Jack AI's clinical context, Metabolic Jill acts as a 24/7 conversational AI companion guiding patients through metabolic therapeutic protocols. In a 120-day study with DFW Endocrinology, Medikarma's architecture achieved 35% MAU engagement (4x–7x industry average) and drove 50% A1C reduction or maintenance among active patients.
