April 08, 2026 - Updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact List Now Available

The updated COBA Trading Partners Customer Service Contact list has been added to the Download section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page.

October 1, 2025 – 2026 COBA Crossover Fees 

The standard per claim rate for eligibility file-based and Medigap claim based (or mandatory Medigap) crossover processes will increase to $0.33 per claim for 2026. The Crossover Fees document has been updated to reflect this and can be found in the download section of the Coordination of Benefits Agreement page.
