FY 2009 - May 2008 Wage Index PUFs

This excel spreadsheet contains 4 tabs. The first tab describes the data contained within each tab of the spreadsheet. The second tab includes Worksheet S-3, Parts II and Parts III wage data from cost reports for Fiscal Year (FY) 2005 (FY Begin Dates from 10/1/04 to 9/30/05). It excludes non-IPPS providers and Critical Access Hospitals (CAHs). The third tab includes first quarter January through March 2006 occupational mix survey data to be used (in conjunction with the second quarter survey data) to compute the FY 2009 occupational mix adjusted wage indexes. The fourth tab includes the second quarter April through June 2006 occupational mix survey data to be used (in conjunction with the first quarter survey data) to compute the FY 2009 occupational mix adjusted wage indexes. Additionally, there are four text files corresponding to each tab above to meet Section 508 compliance.
