This codebook accompanies the report and describes the structure and contents of the Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection System (GADCS) Year 1 and Year 2 analytic file used to conduct the analyses described throughout the report. This codebook was originally posted on 12/19/2024. We revised some column numberings in the codebook (pages 43-46) to correct minor errors.
