The Guam Department of Revenue and Taxation offers help with health insurance questions or problems. You can contact them at 671-635-1840 for additional information.

The agencies listed below can help you take advantage of some of these protections and benefits and they can answer your questions about different types of coverage.

If you live in Guam, you’re not eligible to use the Marketplace to enroll in health coverage. Check with your territory’s government offices to learn about Medicaid, CHIP, and other health care options.

If you have questions about insurance you bought for yourself and/or your family or you have insurance provided by an employer who does business only in Guam, contact:
