Contract Award for A/B MAC Jurisdiction H

On June 24, 2026, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) announced that Novitas Solutions, Inc. (Novitas) has been awarded the Medicare Administrative Contract (MAC) contract for Jurisdiction H (JH) for the administration of Original Medicare claims in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas.  As Novitas is the incumbent contractor for A/B MAC Jurisdiction H, CMS anticipates that implementation of the new contract will go smoothly, with few (if any) disruptions in service for Medicare beneficiaries and providers.  Learn more about this at A/B MAC Jurisdiction H Award Fact Sheet (PDF).
