ASP Events
CMS will host a 60-minute webinar on April 14, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) for Medicare Part B drug manufacturers who are required to submit quarterly Average Sales Price (ASP) data to CMS in the ASP Data Collection System. During this Zoom session, CMS will demonstrate the system to new or recently added users and provide a refresher for existing users, highlighting any recent system changes. Additionally, CMS will answer any data entry questions users may have during the required quarterly data submission window.
CMS encourages organizations that produce Medicare Part B drugs or biological products to take advantage of this session, as they will learn more about data preparation and quarterly submission in the ASP Data Collection System. During the first portion of the session, we will cover the following topics:
- How to access and navigate the ASP Data Collection System
- How to prepare data for an accurate quarterly submission and what to expect after data submission
- How manufacturers should report Reasonable Assumptions and Bona Fide Service Fees
