Pioneer ACO Mid-Year Meeting Registration

The Pioneer ACO Mid-Year Meeting will be held on June 4-5, 2012 in Washington, D.C. Each individual who will attend the meeting must fill out the registration form below. Each Pioneer ACO is invited to bring up to four members of their team. Registration will close on May 21, 2012.

Hotel Reservations:
The group rate is available until 5 p.m. local hotel time on Monday, May 21, 2012. Group rates are $224 per night for single or double occupancy, plus taxes (14.5%). Prices are subject to availability.
