Mailings

CMS wants to help hospice providers prepare for the continuation of the Hospice Benefit Component on January 1, 2023. Every winter, Home Health & Hospice Medicare Administrative Contractors (MACs) will mail a letter and checklist to hospice providers with overlapping service areas with participating plans. This letter and checklist will contain participating plans’ information and billing and claims processing educational materials.
