CMS will perform maintenance on the HETS 270/271 application beginning at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, September 17, 2010. The HETS 270/271 application will be unavailable during this maintenance period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 9:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 18, 2010.
CMS will conduct internal testing of the HETS 270/271 application beginning at 9:00 AM ET on Saturday, September 18, 2010. External Submitters may notice intermittent connectivity issues or higher than normal response times during this testing period. Testing will conclude at 9:00 AM ET on Sunday, September 19, 2010.
CMS IT is working diligently to improve HETS 270/271 system response times. Changes installed in production on Wednesday night, September 15, 2010 have yielded improved performance thus far. This weekend's maintenance will further improve the stability of the HETS 270/271 application.
