Program Integrity: Enoxaparin Education Materials

Enoxaparin can be defined as a low molecular weight heparin used to prevent and treat deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism, and is given as a subcutaneous injection.

The billing guide, dosing chart, and fact sheet are intended to be utilized as reference materials in an educational effort to promote prescribing behaviors within the Food and Drug Administrations (FDA) approved dosage guidelines.
