Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility - Unanticipated Response Errors - April 12, 2010

Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently returning responses with the error message 'Unanticipated Response'. The system will allow a user to sign into IACS and enter information into the HETS UI Eligibility system, but will not return proper beneficiary information after the user submits the eligibility request.
This is a system wide issue and is not the result of user error. This issue has been escalated to CMS IT for review and resolution. MCARE will provide an update as soon as the issue is resolved or we have additional information.
