Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently unavailable. The access links on the CMS Applications Portal are unavailable, thus users will not be able to gain entry to the HETS UI Eligibility system. This issue has been escalated to CMS IT for review and resolution. If you have any questions or comments, please contact the Help Desk at 1-866-440-3805 or .
Please also note that CMS will be performing maintenance on the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system beginning at 9 PM ET tonight, Wednesday, March 11, 2009. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will be unavailable during this maintenance window. All attempts to sign into the HETS UI Internet Eligibility application will error. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 11:59 PM ET on Wednesday, March 11, 2009.
