Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The Medicare HETS UI Eligibility system is currently unavailable. The system will allow a user to sign into IACS, but will not load the HETS UI Eligibility system and/or allow the user to enter beneficiary information to create a new request.
This issue has been escalated to CMS IT for review and resolution. MCARE will provide an update as soon as any additional information is available.
