Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
CMS announces that it will perform maintenance on the HETS system on Friday, May 4 – Sunday, May 6, 2012. The maintenance window will begin at 9:00 PM ET on Friday, May 4, 2012. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a HETS UI Internet Eligibility sessions will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance will be complete by 6:00 PM ET on Sunday, May 6, 2012.
Please note that this outage for May 4-6, 2012 is in addition to the previously announced outage for April 20-22, 2012. That outage will begin at 8:00 PM ET on Friday, April 20 and is anticipated to be complete by 10:00 PM ET on Sunday, April 22, 2012.
