CMS reminds HETS UI Internet Eligibility users that the system will be unavailable from 8:30 - 11:30 AM ET tomorrow, Saturday, July 13, 2013 due to system maintenance.
CMS also advises that the previously announced outage for Sunday, July 21, 2013 has been modified. That outage was originally announced as 2:00 AM - 2:00 PM ET. The outage has been shortened. The maintenance window will still begin at 2:00 AM ET on Sunday, July 21, 2013. The system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session will result in errors. CMS now estimates that the maintenance will be completed by 4:00 AM ET on Sunday, July 21, 2013.
Finally, CMS announces an additional outage for the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system on Sunday, July 28, 2013. The maintenance window will begin at 7:00 AM ET on Sunday, July 28, 2013. The HETS UI Internet Eligibility system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a session will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 7:00 PM ET on Sunday, July 28, 2013.
