Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS reminds HETS 270/271 Submitters of two upcoming outages during the dates of January 30 – February 1, 2016.
The first outage has changed slightly. The outage will begin at 7:00 AM ET on Saturday, January 30, 2016. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS now estimates that the maintenance period will be completed by 1:30 PM ET on Saturday, January 30, 2016.
The second outage is unchanged. The second outage will begin at 9:00 PM ET on Sunday, January 31, 2016. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 2:00 AM ET on Monday, February 1, 2016. Please note that there is a normal Monday morning 12:00 AM – 5:00 AM ET maintenance period for HETS; this outage will replace that normal maintenance window.
