Medicare HETS 270/271 Submitters:
CMS is updating a previously announced outage to the Medicare HETS 270/271 eligibility system. Data center maintenance will begin at 11:30 PM ET on Friday, June 22, 2018. The HETS 270/271 system will be unavailable during this period for data center maintenance. Attempts to open a connection to the HETS 270/271 application will result in errors. CMS now estimates that the maintenance window will be completed by 12:00 PM (Noon) ET on Sunday, June 24, 2018.
Please note that this outage is in addition to the previously announced outage on Friday, June 29 – Sunday, July 1, 2018 (see below).
