Medicare HETS UI Internet Eligibility Users:
The Medicare Part B remaining deductible amount information being returned by the HETS UI Internet Eligibility system has not been updated since January 17, 2014. The Medicare Part B remaining deductible amount information being returned in the HETS UI Eligibility response may be incorrect because of this issue.
CMS IT is working to resolve this issue immediately. Beginning at 6:00 PM ET tonight and overnight (February 4-5, 2014) HETS UI users may notice higher than normal average response times as a result of these efforts. MCARE will publish another announcement as soon as the issue has been completely resolved.
