Electronic filing is available through the Office of Hearings Case and Document Management System (“OH CDMS”). OH CDMS is a web-based portal for parties to enter and maintain their cases and to correspond with the Provider Reimbursement Review Board. Access to specific cases is limited to the parties of the case and the parties’ designated representatives.
The CMS Enterprise Portal is a single point of entry to numerous CMS applications and systems, including OH CDMS, which is housed within the Salesforce Application. The portal may be accessed at https://portal.cms.gov.
