Additional Use Case: Modern Scheduling

COMPANY PLEDGE: We pledge to the CMS Interoperability Framework and to make appointment discovery, booking, and management available in real time through open, standardized FHIR APIs using the Schedule, Slot, and Appointment resources. We commit to exposing accurate, current scheduling data and supporting real-time booking, rescheduling, and cancellation, whether powered directly by source systems or by cloud-based FHIR data stores, so patients can access scheduling through apps without portal or phone dependency. We believe scheduling must become a first-class interoperable capability, enabling seamless scheduling across the ecosystem.
