How they met the pledge
Andor Health built Kill the Clipboard, an MVP demonstrating a connected, standards-based patient experience for CMS's Aligned Networks ecosystem — shown here in a Transitional Care Management visit, extensible across any encounter including Psynergy Health's ACCESS clinic.
Patients verify their identity through ID.me's IAL2 verification, then move through a guided digital front door: education on the visit, pre-filled demographics, and appointment booking. Pre-visit check-in retrieves their health records via our QHIN integration with Kno2, then guides them through virtual intake to confirm information and complete assessments.
Throughout, a conversational AI assistant with real-time access to the patient's data answers questions in context, replacing static forms with guided interaction, which is true to Andor's AI-native core. At the end, patients choose exactly what to share and generate a QR code, sending their verified information for structured, FHIR-based intake directly into the provider's EHR — eliminating manual check-in forms and fragmented data collection at the point of care.
