Flexpa is a patient-authorized health data API that powers Kill the Clipboard by letting patients share their complete health records across care settings without re-entering credentials at every provider.

Patients authorize access once through Flexpa's consent flow, identity-verified at IAL2 via CLEAR, ID.me, or Persona, and Flexpa retrieves their complete FHIR record set from TEFCA (CommonWell/Kno2), 350+ health plans via Patient Access APIs, and 45,000+ providers via ONC g(10) certified EHR APIs. 

Retrieved records include visit summaries and clinical documents, packaged as SMART Health Links for secure, standards-based sharing. Flexpa is certified with DiME, part of the Medicare App Library, and attested to the CARIN Code of Conduct.
