The day starts at home. The member's complete record, assembled from every provider, lab, pharmacy, and payer through TEFCA and FHIR based exchange with the member's consent, is already in one place.
A conversational AI guide answers questions in plain language against the member's own record.
At the visit, check in happens from the phone. Demographics, insurance, history, and consent move digitally instead of onto a clipboard. Afterward, results, medications, and next steps return to the same record, and the care team sees them without a fax or a second portal login.
