How they met the pledge
MyDigiRecords (MDR) a ISO 27001 certified personal health record app that gives Medicare beneficiaries and caregivers a single, longitudinal view of their health information, sourced from direct EHR integrations (Epic, Oracle Health, Apex Health), FHIR-based exchange with KONZA, a CMS-aligned QHIN under TEFCA, and records users capture or import themselves.
To support the Kill the Clipboard use case, MDR generates both a dynamic Smart Health Link (FHIR/USCDI v3) and a PDF-A/3 hybrid document, so beneficiaries can securely share accurate records with a new provider without repeating paperwork or logging into separate portals.
MDR meets the pledge through DirectTrust CARIN-CFA accreditation, ID.me identity verification at IAL2, and encrypted, consent-based data sharing that is never on by default. AI features, including medication interaction alerts and SmartVitals, are clearly labeled as AI-generated with disclaimers directing users to their provider.
