How they met the pledge

To deliver on our CMS Health Tech Ecosystem pledge, we built Oura Health Records, an integration that brings your electronic health records right into the Oura App. This opt-in experience lets you securely connect your healthcare providers and unify your conditions, medications, lab results, and allergies into a single, living health record. That clinical context works alongside your daily biometrics to help power Oura Advisor, our conversational AI experience, so the guidance you get finally reflects your real health history—not just someone like you. You stay in control at every step, deciding what to share and with the ability to revoke access or delete your data anytime. It's a meaningful step toward a more connected, personalized, and proactive way to understand your health.
