SereniCare AI’s Kill The Clipboard application matches patients using their email CLEAR or ID.me. Once identified, the user will be asked to select all the health systems they used. SereniCare AI’s KTC application pulls the patient data from discrete sources. Then creates QR SMART Health Cards/Links to be used pre-checkin.
