Application Help Desk Support
Applications that are integrated with CMS' Identity Management System (IDM) are required to support a help desk to provide direct assistance to their end users. If users have issues using the IDM system, they should contact their application's Help Desk for assistance.
The contact information for IDM & Enterprise Portal integrated applications has moved to the Application Help Desk Support page on the CMS Identity Store. The CMS Identity Store is IDM’s public facing Partner Page and is dedicated to providing support and guidance to IDM users.
How to Get to the Application Help Desk Support Page
- Navigate to the CMS Identity Store
- Click the Help Center link at the top righthand corner of the landing page
- Click the 'Visit Help Desk page here' link within the Applications Help Desks tile
- Once you've arrived at the Application Help Desk Support page, please bookmark it for future use
